Pie Rules

General Behavior



• Advertising for other servers is strictly forbidden (including IPs or websites).
  Sanction: Temporary ban or permanent ban judging on the case.
  
  
  
• Kill Stealing (KSing) won't be tolerated. All Ranged damage dealing classes should be careful of not hitting someone else's target. Apologize to the person if you KS, do not run away and you may not be punished.
  Sanction: In case of any given proofs, it will be 1 day jail as a first warning then temporary/permanent ban if repeated many times. Proof is required to punish a KSer, if not, a warning will be administered.
  
  
  
• Do not abuse certain abilities to bring monsters in vending areas. It is legal to summon monsters around castles.
  Sanction: 1 hour in jail on the first offense, followed by a temporary ban if repeated.
  
  
  
• Do not obstruct or stand on top of NPCs or vendors. Doing so is annoying and denies other players' use of the NPC or shop.
  Sanction: Player is moved then warned. 4 hours in jail for repeated offenses, then a temporary ban. Be aware of your surroundings and cooperate with the GMs and/or Police.

Relationships With Others



• Always be respectful to GMs and fellow players. Insults or verbal harassment towards a GM will not be tolerated.
  Sanction: Varying from mute, time in jail, to temporary or permanent ban at GM's discretion.
  
  
  
• Do not ask to be a GM or Sub-GM.
  Sanction: First a verbal warning then temporary jail or worse according to the case.
  
  
  
• Do not spam the GMs or other staff members. They are busy people and may not be able to help everyone at one time. Please be patient or post your questions/problems on the forums.
  Sanction: Verbal warning, mute, or time in jail depending on the situation.
  
  
  
• Impersonating a GM is strictly forbidden. This includes names starting with GM or anything similar.
  Sanction: This will be permanent ban on all accounts ever made.
  
  
  
• Do not impersonate a player by using their identity to fool people.
  Sanction: The account will be banned, temporary or permanently depending on the severity and cooperation of the offender.
  
  
  
• Selling items to people for real money, or trading between servers, is strictly forbidden! Using the broadcaster for this purpose is also forbidden.
  Sanction: IP and Permanent account ban.

War of Emperium



• Do not create a guild with a similar name as another guild, especially staff guilds.
  Sanction: Guild disbanded.
  
  
  
• Do not use emblems of other guilds, or ones that someone made without their permission.
  Sanction: Varies depending on cooperation of the guild.
  
  
  
• Do not cast and walk in and out of warp portals.
  Sanction: Warning + 1 day jail, more jail for more times.
  
  
  
• Do not use any of the right click menu options, or make chats with intention to prevent a person from targetting other people or the Emperium.
  Sanction: Jailed until after the next WoE. Further offenses will lead to a temporary ban.
  
  
  
• Abusing bugs to attack the Emperium is forbidden. By bug, we mean offensive skills that should not hit the Emperium.
  Sanction: Account banned from 3 WoE's up to 14 days depending on the circumstances. A permanent ban could be issued depending on severity and cooperation.

Server Regulations



• Botting or use of third party programs are strictly forbidden. Asking for programs, or information about them, is also forbidden.
  Sanction: Permanently IP and account ban
  
  
  
• Leeching and AFK leveing are not allowed. All players must be actively moving and contributing in a reasonable way.
  Sanction: All members of the party, leechers and the leeched, shall be placed in jail for 1 day. Any further violations will have incremental jail sentences, 3 days, 6 days followed by a temporary ban of all accounts involved.
  
  
  
• Exploiting bugs are forbidden. If a bug is found, it is to be reported as soon as possible to a GM or staff member. Items/zeny duping is also forbidden.
  Sanction: Anyone abusing/exploiting a bug will be permanently IP and account banned.
  
  
  
• Hacking or threatening to hack the server in any ways will be severely punished.
  Sanction: Permanent IP, Account and MAC ban.
  
  
  
• Punishments can be issued at GM's discretion if deemed necessary.
  This includes cases or behaviors not specifically mentioned in the rules that could be seen as inappropriate or simply not acceptable.
  Sanction: Punishment may vary and depends on GM's own judgment.

NO LOST/SCAMMED/HACKED ITEMS WILL BE GIVEN BACK!
All trades and vends are done at your own risks. It is the player's responsibility to avoid being scammed by other players. Such cases often happen due to players being carefree and giving out their passwords or not paying attention to trades/vends. We will never interfere in such cases since it can lead to exploits. Nevertheless, it is possible to report a scammer or hacker with proofs (screenshots in most cases) and if justified he/she will get an IP and account ban (time depending on the case but most certainly permanent for hackers).

If items are lost due to a server crash or restart they will not be returned. In the case of an update, an announcement is usually made beforehand giving you enough time to logout first.

DO NOT give your password and/or login info to anyone, not even GMs! We will never ask you for your password or login!
